Fortigate Router VPN Setup

Need a Site to Site VPN setup on a Fortigate 60F router. Customer site has a public external IP and their LAN is on a 192 private IP network. Vendor Site has a Public IP for their External Interface and a Public IP for their internal IP. Vendor wants customer to NAT their Internal Private IP from a 192 to a 172 network. Traffic must flow in both directions. Vendor is using a Cisco VPN concentrator. Customer is using a Fortigate 60F router. To be paid, the CLI ike status must show that Phase1 and Phase 2 are communicating and the VPN GUI monitor must show that the site to site is up and IP traffic is flowing. A standard site to site takes about 5 minutes to set up. This might take 10 minutes so bid accordingly.
