**Overview:**
We're seeking **2 IT Field Engineers** for a hardware refresh project replacing End of Service Life (EOSL) **Cisco devices** across 10 sites (114 devices) in Germany and Denmark. You’ll manage device replacements, ensure network functionality, and provide troubleshooting support.
**Responsibilities:**
- Troubleshoot **Cisco LAN Switches** (Small, Medium, Large, Nexus) and **Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers**
- Replace EOSL devices, handle cabling, and conduct testing
- Assist with power, cooling, and infrastructure setup
- Document replaced devices and maintain records
- Provide site-specific recommendations and remediation
**Requirements:**
- Experience with Cisco LAN Switches & Wireless LAN Controllers
- Knowledge of infrastructure best practices
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Availability for out-of-hours/weekend work
