We are in the process of changing VoIP vendors. The new vendor Ring Central will not support nor get involved in the configuration of our firewall, router or switches in order to get them ready for the migration.
We are also changing the Circuit which is being used by our current VoIP vendor (Mitel) and will be used by Ring Central and need to make sure any related settings in the firewall needed are done properly.
We do not have anyone onsite with expertise in firewall or router configuration.
