Enterprise Networking Expert Needed for EVE-NG Setup

I'm in need of an expert in enterprise networking, specifically someone who is proficient in EVE-NG and able to set up small-scale simulation labs.

Technical Requirements:

To create a lab for a typical enterprise network with:
A couple of end-user clients.
Standard access switch + distribution switch layout with redundancy.
2 access switches and 2 distribution switches are sufficient.
A simple firewall, gateway and router to the internet.
Application servers for DHCP, DNS and Log server.
Happy to use any templates that you may have.

Additional functionalities:

The end-user clients should have access to the internet. This is for demo purposes.
We should be able to access the log server and the network devices through the internet via the management bridge.
Would be great if you are able to provide the python scripts to:
Access the log server via the internet.
Pull the necessary logs.
Access the network devices via the internet.
Ability to send CLI commands to the devices, and retrieve the responses.

Troubleshooting labs:
Create 5 to 10 typical enterprise issues.
Provide solutions to these issues.

The EVE-NG instance will be running of a VM in Google Cloud.
