Create acl list to block port 25 smtp for a particular subnet.

I am looking for a freelancer to help me configure an acl list to block port 25 smtp for a particular subnet x.x.x.x/24 on my Huawei S5732 switch. Specifically, I am seeking someone who can assist with configuration only. I do not need any additional security features beyond the port blocking.
