Convert 2 Cisco AIR-CAP AP's to autonomous mode.

I have two Cisco AIR-CAP-3502I-E-K9 Access points, that used to run om WLC. They both need to be converted to autonomous mode. I have the IOS that's needed (ap3g1-k9w7) and the equipment setup, for logging on. ie. Teamviewer og the TFTP server. Just need the guy or girl who can put it all together.
