Cisco network engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

Expertise of UCCE/PCCE design, configuration, and scripting experience

Excellent oral and written communication, customer service, and presentation skills required.

Strong foundational understanding of Contact Center processes, operations, and management preferred.

Candidate must have enterprise design and configuration experience with the following:

PCCE Configuration – CCE Administration

Cisco Intelligent Contact Management (ICM) Scripting

Cisco Voice Portal (CVP)

Cisco Unified Intelligence Center (CUIC) Reporting

Cisco Finesse – Layout configuration

Cisco CVP Courtesy Call Back experience preferred

Budget is 30 usd per hour .

Work is 8 Hours a day and 5 days a week .

contract will be 3 Months and then it will get renew if performance is good
