Cisco 7206VXR remote troubleshooting and configuration

Need an experienced Cisco engineer with experience working with CISCO7206VXR routers to join us this afternoon remotely to troubleshoot a faulty router. We have a new spare onsite so in case the new spare is needed to be installed, engineer will need to work with our onsite engineer to transfer all configs, ios, etc.. over to new router and turn that up to get running. Could take 2-3 hours. You need to be available to start at 2pm Eastern time zone!
