Cisco Unified Communications Implementation Project

I'm seeking an expert to deploy and configure a robust Cisco Unified Communication system ensuring high availability for my organization. This project will be centered on dual server redundancy to achieve optimal uptime and efficiency. Here's a snapshot of what I'm looking for:

- **Full-Stack Cisco UC Implementation:**
- Installation and configuration of all selected Cisco services (CUCM, CUC, UCCX, Expressway, IMP)
- VMware ESXi setup for virtualization of these services

- **Redundancy Requirements:**
- Dual server setup for enhanced reliability
- High availability configurations for all services

- **Ideal Candidate:**
- Previous experience with Cisco Unified Communication services
- Proficiency in VMware ESXi implementation
- Knowledge of high availability design
- Strong networking and troubleshooting skills
