Need Cisco UCCX script for Agent Greeting asap. UCCX version: 12.0(1)
Agent Greeting: Each agent needs ability to easily re-record (using PIN auth) the greeting on daily basis and the greeting needs to be played to caller when call reach agent and quickly connect the agent.
There is other way to use JTAPI application and connect the player when connecting to agent.
Second way is prefer.
