Cisco Switch issue

Ports are flapping on Cisco SG 350X and Catalyst C1000 .We checked devices (Cambium access point V2-2 and CP plus 4mp camera) connected directly to 1m patch cord and through normal 40m or 60m lan cable but ports are flapping in some interval.We set power of per port to 23 also so that dedicated power can be assigned to AP but still getting flapping.We wanted to know the exact reason for this flapping because AP are not able to connect to controller and cisco experts who earlier worked on C1000 switch said that devices are not compatible with the switch and now AP are not able to work and SG 350x so there must be some settings issue which I think because cable are ok.
