Cisco Room Kit Teams Calendar Setup
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have a standard Cisco Room Kit already installed and connected to our network; the only piece still missing is seamless calendar integration with Microsoft Teams. I want every Teams meeting that we schedule to appear automatically on the Room Kit’s touch panel so anyone in the room can join with a single tap.
The device is staying on Cisco’s native firmware, so the task covers:
• Configuring the Room Kit for Microsoft Teams calendar access (not Outlook or any other service).
• Verifying that recurring and ad-hoc Teams meetings populate correctly and show the “Join” button.
• Supplying a quick reference or screenshots so my in-house IT team can replicate the steps on additional units later.
I can provide remote access to the Room Kit interface, current firmware details, and our tenant admin credentials for the calendar service once we start. A short live test meeting will serve as final acceptance—if the meeting appears and connects, the job is done.
