Cisco Packet Tracer LAB

I am looking for an experienced and knowledgeable professional to create a lab using Cisco Packet Tracer. The lab should be a network configuration lab that focuses on a ring topology. I have specific requirements for this lab, which I will provide upon request. The lab should support network security and will include multiple servers for configuration. I need someone who can thoroughly design and construct this lab with full understanding of Cisco Packet Tracer and its capabilities. I would also appreciate advice in regards to if and/or how any additional software could be used to benefit or enhance the project.
