Cisco Network Engineer for New Network Design & Deployment, TS and Upgrade

I'm looking for a skilled and certified Cisco Network Engineer to help upgrade our current network.

Responsibilities:
- Install new core and access switches
- Provide network design and architecture planning
- Configuration of new switches (Fiber & Access)
- Troubleshoot and optimize the network for best performance
- Diagnose loopholes and fix existing issues

The primary goal of this project is to improve our network's reliability and stability. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in network engineering, particularly with Cisco hardware.

Key skills and experience:
- Certified Cisco Network Engineer
- Proven experience in network installation and configuration
- Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization capabilities
- Ability to design and plan network architecture
- Prior experience with large networks is a plus
