Cisco C9300 Fresh iOS install - switch has been formatted with no current iOS

We have a C9300-48UXM-E switch that has been formatted and all config and iOS have been deleted. we have new iOS on USB and looking for a Cisco expert with experience working with these devices to reinstall new iOS on switch.
