Cisco Catalyst 6509 - Setup netflow Export for fastnetmon

I Need Someone who can Setup Netflow Export on my Cisco 6509 with The SUP720 supervisor.

I have Setup fastnetmon and now need to Export netflow data of my Uplinks to my fastnetmon Server

I tried myself but i didnt got luck.
