I'm searching for a network security expert to assist in diagnosing a problem with my SIP ALG settings on my Cisco ASA5506 firewall. It's crucial because I am experiencing an issue wherein the phone rings for one second and then cuts off.
Your tasks will include:
- Examining the SIP ALG status on my firewall.
- Troubleshooting any issues found and offering solutions to rectify them.
- Implementing the solution with my approval.
Relevant Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience with Cisco ASA5506 firewalls.
- Deep understanding of network security.
- Skills in VoIP technologies and SIP ALG.
- Familiarity with various VoIP service providers/software is a plus.
Please note, we are not currently using Skype for Business or Ring Central, but a different provider/software. Your depth of knowledge in this area will directly influence the project's success.
