Cisco ACI L2 and L3 out migration

Looking for some help with cisco aci, we have aci fabric connecting to non aci devices and running routing between them. ACI fabric is providing L2 out for routing between non aci devices. We are trying to move some connection and would need new policy, and migration, implementation and roll back plan.
