CISCO Unified CM administration (Phone System)

I need to modify and add phone systems so I am looking for experienced freelancers to help me out. The freelancers who apply need to include detailed project proposals, and they should have a full administrative access in order to be considered. Any experience working with CISCO Unified CM administration (Phone System) will be a huge plus.
