CISCO CUE

We have CISCO router ISR4331/K9 with module UCS-EN140N-M2/K9. CUE GUI was working just fine. All of a sudden the auto-attendance for the phones stopped working. Once checked, the CUE GUI worked then stopped. IP won't ping. Restarted VMware, now VM won't work and won't ping as well. I think it needs minor configuration to load again. Can start a session for anyone to check.
