Scope of work:
The attending Cisco trained engineer will need to move between crew-room and engineering – these are usually located on same grounds and the RYANAIR crew will facilitate movement between the different spaces. Also, the networking kit has been staged already so baring any catastrophe, it should be plug and play; here is an outline of SOW – • AGA Ticket Desk : = > Cisco equipment unboxed and powered-on Peripherals connected and time for site personnel to test Crew-room : = > Cisco equipment unboxed and powered-on Engineering : = > Cisco equipment unboxed and powered-on Vodafone will support remotely, and once the IoT routers are powered-on we should have connectivity. Also, FE should have capacity to provide remote console connectivity in case a piece of equipment remains isolated after connecting – so a laptop with internet connectivity, USB serial adaptor, and Cisco console cable will also be required. Mandatory Information: Engineer need to make note of serial number of the devices and share in closure notes. An Engineer needs to carry a National ID card for site access.
