Build a Cisco Lab + Fortinet Lab + Cybersecurity lab

'm Claude Marcel, I need someone who can help to build lab On virtual servers.
The Lab is supposed to handle more than 200 sessions without issues.
I need some who is familiar with Cisco CML to build CCNA lab, CCNP lab, CCIE lab, I need someone who can make good proposals, I'm opened minded.
I also need, on the same server Fortinet NSE 4 Security and Infrastructure FortiOS 7.0 , NSE 7 EFW FortiOS 7.0 , NSE 8 lab to be built.
Lat but not least an evironment for Cybersecurity lab (Here I don't know how it is possible but I need the Opinion of experts).
Why Do i need it ? First of all this project is confidential. all those Labs should run on a virtual machine that I can provide you access. The labs should be accessible from my website.
