BGP Setup Between Cisco and Mikrotik

I'm seeking help to establish a BGP session between a Cisco N3K and Mikrotik 2. Currently, I've configured BGP on both devices, but no peer is established.

Requirements:

- Ensure proper routing and connection between devices.
