Advanced Packet Tracer Network Configuration

I need an expert with comprehensive knowledge of Cisco's Packet Tracer to set up network configuration. This includes:
- Firewall setup: Setting up a firewall to allow specific incoming/outgoing traffic and block some as well. An understanding of how to effectively balance security measures with network operability is critical.
- ACL: Expertise in Access Control List (ACL) is needed to specifically control network traffic.
- DMZ Configuration: The creation of a separate network zone for public-facing services is required. Therefore, a solid understanding of DMZ design and setup is essential.
- Traffic Regulation: Experience with configuring routing protocol on the firewall, preferably using OSPF and setting up rules for HTTP (web) traffic, SMTP (email) traffic, and SSH (secure shell) traffic is necessary.
A candidate with a strong background in network architecture and systems security, particularly with Cisco tools, would suit this project best.
Configure routing protocol on the FW (preferable using OSPF) to enable communication between subnets.
Configure ACL to control the flow of packets between outside to DMZ and DMZ to outside, inside to outside and outside to inside, and inside to dmz and dmz to inside ON the FireWall(FW).
