power mosfet design

I am looking for an expert to help design a power MOSFET with a target power rating of less than 100W. This design will be used for battery charge and discharge applications with a voltage rating of less than 100V. The successful applicant will need to have a strong knowledge and experience in power MOSFET design, as well as experience or knowledge in switching power supplies, motor control, and audio amplifiers. The finished design must meet all requirements specified, including high performance, low cost, and reliable operation.
Require n-channel MOSFET to discharge, n or p channel to charge, input voltages to MOSFETs BNC +5V, need large screw terminals to connect to off board components.
