pcb for light dimer

I am in need of a skilled PCB designer to create a PCB for my light dimer project. The following requirements are needed:

- PCB voltage should be 12V
- Dimming control method should be PWM (Pulse Width Modulation)
- The PCB will be used for LED light sources
