I am looking for a freelancer to work on an electronics project. Specifically, I need someone to create a schematic design from scratch for the circuit I have in mind. It will include current 0-1 A and voltage 0-25 V measurements for a CR1000 data logger. It can be even hand sketched. Hardware components have to be specified and explained where to buy.

Several up to ten solar panels must be combined into the system with battery/inverter/load. Each solar panel 10W will be equipped with its own MPPT. Imp and Vmp between panel and MPPT has to be logged.

Three questions are needed to be answeered:
1) current and voltage logging circut as described above
2) design of system ten 10W panels/battery/inverter/load (heating cable)
3) calculate load (heating cable) power and battery capacity correctly for this setup
