electrical engineer

We've built a mineral bath in our business and Shrewsbury Borough have asked for an electrical engineer's certification to go along with the Intertek independent testing laboratory certs for the equipment used, and electrician's seal.  The work is all designed and completed. We need someone to take a look and say it is done properly/recommend any changes for us to implement.

Can you help with that?
