Verify Seven-Axis Servo Wiring
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I already have seven AC servo motors mounted, the drives, cables, power supplies, I/O, and a schematic from the supplier. What I do not have is absolute confidence that every shield, earth, encoder pair, brake lead, and 24 V signal has been landed exactly where it should be before we energise the system.
Your task is to go through the electrical side only—no mechanical tweaks, no software flashing or test-running—just a meticulous verification of all wiring associated with the drive rack and motors. That includes looking over the control cabinet terminations, motor-end connections, grounding strategy, fuses, and any feedback or brake circuits. If something is out of spec I need clear guidance on how to correct it.
