Ultrasonic nebulizer 90W power
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I am looking for a circuit developer who can create the following project.
Ultrasonic nebulizer with 48V, 1,8A = 86W, 1,65MHz.
Protection against overload 1.8A and thermal runaway typical of BJTs.
Protection in case of transducer malfunction and/or short circuit.
The dimensions of the board are 30x50mm, 30x75mm if required.
There is an old CoolPits circuit that basically works, but needs some optimization.
E.g. parallel operation of two transistors to compensate the power dissipation and counteract the thermal runaway typical for BJTs
Protection against destruction if the transducer is shorted or missing.
Schematic and EasyEDA/ Altrium file can be provided.
Components should be as SMD. Driver is in THT.
Any other idea is welcome. The result is what counts.

1. you, circuit design and simulation
2. we, build the circuit on the fly and check the function
3. you, create PCB design and BOM list
4. we, manufacture the PCB
