USB 3.0 Hub Design and Layout

I need a freelancer to help design and lay out a custom USB 3.0 hub.

The hub will connect to a computer and support:
- Data transfer
- High-speed charging via an external USB-C power input
- Audio input via a computer audio jack integrated into the hub

Safety is paramount, so the design must include:
- Overvoltage protection
- Reverse current protection

I do not have an existing circuit diagram, so I need support from schematic design to PCB layout.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience in circuit design and PCB layout
- Knowledge of USB 3.0 specifications
- Familiarity with overvoltage and reverse current protection methods
- Ability to suggest suitable components and manufacturers
