I'm looking for a highly skilled PCB designer and engineer to create a Power Supply PCB. This project involves an input of 230 VAC and an output of 12 V, 40 Ampere. The design should include a voltage controller with a minimum voltage supply of 10.8 Volt and a maximum of 12.7 V, with 0.1 V increments in each step.
Key Project Requirements:
- A Touchscreen display that shows various output values. The screen should be capable of displaying different values assigned to selected output values.
- Incorporation of preset value selectors on the PCB, allowing for easy adjustment of output values.
Explanation: PCB display screen should have program that each output voltage supply can be assigned a different value as per requirement. This PCB will be used in portable X Ray machine as input power supply. X Ray machine has one high voltage transformer ( Step up ) and this Input power supply will be used as auto transformer to regulate the supply input voltage to the circuit, by regulating the input power supply, we control output of High Voltage Generator. So each output value of power supply corresponds to different output voltage of High voltage transformer. For Example, in out existing model when we supply 12.7 V then output of out High Voltage transformer results in 70 kV ( kilo Volts). So when we select 12.7 Volt through voltage regulator at voltage supply PCB , that shows 70 kV at display screen. Hope, above details will make you understand the project requirement.
