Staff Alert Calling Gadget

I'm seeking a skilled developer to create a calling gadget for my shop. The device will help me call staff without verbal communication.

Requirements:
- A box with 4 buttons, each labeled with the name of a staff member.
- Each staff member will wear a wristband equipped with a light and vibration alert.
- When I press a button, a light will activate and the band will vibrate for 1 minute to notify the respective staff member.
