Solenoid Controller: Switchboard/PCB Design & Delivery

I'm seeking an experienced electrical engineer to creatively design an efficient electrical controller for a prototype I'm developing.

This project comes in two parts - 1. PCB/controller design and 2. Wiring guidance.

1. PCB/controller design
Key Points:
- The purpose of the controller is to manage solenoids and switches effectively.
- The system might need to involve a PCB board, and the incorporation of limit switches.
- It will include a rheostat or for control to increase or decrease the current of the solenoids.
- The current will be 12V DC Direct acting solenoids.

The limit switches I want to control the solenoids in two separate configurations if possible:
1a. Two limit switches will reverse the solenoid polarity, as the solenoids move back and forth in a chamber, as I will describe and provide photos of.
1b. The limit switches will enable the polarity of the solenoid to reverse polarity at one end of the chamber and turn off the solenoid polarity at the other.
For the overall circuit there will be two solenoids in two chambers and four limit switches total.

It should be noted that the solenoids are direct acting solenoids.

2. Wiring Guidance
2a. Wiring Guidance will be needed to connect the circuit together and to a 12v dc output I have with three +ve and -ve terminals. Other components can be bought at my end where necessary.

2b. Lengthier guidance will be needed for the wiring of two low-power generators which are 3-phase ac alternators. I am wanting some guidance on how to connect these to AC output and run them through some automatic power measurers I have. If generator controllers are necessary for these then that is something I will want input on from you.

Skills and Experience Required:
- Expertise in electrical engineering, particularly circuit design
- Knowledge on working with PCB boards, solenoids and rheostats
- Experience in dealing with solenoids, specifically direct acting solenoids

I have a defined budget dedicated to this project and am seeking an intermediate complexity solution.
I am also wanting the finished product shipped to me for testing with my prototype. Alternatively a good recommendation(s) as to where I can have the finished controller you design manufactured.
