I am looking for a freelancer with experience in electronics design and prototyping to build a programmable ultrasonic cat repellent device. The device should meet the following specifications:
Supply: 220V / 50Hz AC input
Output Frequency: Adjustable 25–40 kHz band, selectable fixed frequency or sweep mode
Amplitude Control: Knob‑adjustable output amplitude (0–100%)
Timing Control: ON/OFF cycle settable in seconds, or continuous ON
Display: 4‑Line digital display showing live frequency, amplitude % etc.
Waveform Quality: Clean sine output, no harmonics (inaudible to humans)
Interface: Rotary knobs for Start Freq, Stop Freq, Amplitude, ON Time, OFF Time
Cost Target: Low‑cost build using easily available components in India
