I need help designing an AC to DC power supply.

Requirements:
- Design an AC to DC converter
- Input: 120v AC 60Hz
- Output: 110VDC max 3Amp
- Ensure safety and compliance with electrical standards
- Voltage and Current feedback (analog or digital)
- Digital access to the switching control signal
