New Home Electrical Layout Design
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
Construction plans for my new single-family house are underway. I need a set of electrical drawings and schedules that show every outlet, switch, fixture, circuit run, fire alarms, windows/doors sensors, surveillance cameras, great room audio wiring and breaker size coordinated with the architectural plan.
Priority spaces
– Kitchen, Living room, Bedrooms must be wired.
– A dedicated 60 amp circuit for an electric-car charger in the garage factored into load calculations.
Please base the design on current NEC standards, include a panel schedule, load summary, and any required AFCI/GFCI notes.
