Low-Cost 15 V Charge Pump Design
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I am developing a compact system powered only by a single +6 V rail and need a charge-pump circuit that can push at least +15 V across a 560 Ω load (and ideally offer a −10 V option for a 330 Ω load). The design must be self-contained—no external signal generator, no extra supplies, and absolutely no inductors or other magnetic components. Your solution should create its own high-frequency switching signal (10 kHz or higher) and keep the bill of materials lean. ***ONLY LTSPICE***

• Loaded output voltage: ≥ 15 V with RL = 560 Ω
