LED Flash Circuit for BL-600

I need a simple, reliable way to make my BL-600 shock detector flash a light exactly once each time its output toggles. The detector runs at 3 V, and the whole assembly will be powered from a battery, so low current draw is essential. I plan on using a standard LED, not a high-brightness or RGB part, and I want the flash to be clearly visible yet momentary—roughly 100–200 ms is fine—as soon as the BL-600 changes state, whether that transition is from low-to-high or high-to-low.
