Industrial Monitoring Sensor PCB Design

Job ID: 39988442

Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD

I’m building a compact PCB that will sit at the heart of an industrial-automation monitoring unit and interface directly with environmental sensors (temperature, humidity, air-quality and similar).

The board must:
• accept multiple sensor inputs (digital and analogue)
• provide clean, noise-immune power and signal conditioning suitable for a factory floor
• expose standard headers for downstream data-logging or gateway modules (UART/SPI/I²C)

What I need from you is the full hardware package: complete schematic, PCB layout, validated BOM with part numbers in current supply, and production-ready Gerbers. If you can also include basic 3D step files for enclosure integration that’s a plus.

I’m flexible on design tools—Altium, KiCad or Eagle are all fine as long as the output is tidy and well-documented. Please highlight any design rule checks you’ll apply for manufacturing and EMC.

On delivery I’ll run the board through a quick in-house bench test; as long as it powers the sensors reliably and communicates over the exposed interface headers, the milestone is met.
