Industrial Equipment Electrical Repair

I have an industrial-grade machine that is currently down, and I need someone who can quickly diagnose the fault, repair or replace the defective electronic components, and return the unit to full, reliable operation. You will be working on site with three-phase power circuits, control boards, and sensor wiring, so solid experience with industrial electronics, test instruments (multimeter, oscilloscope, continuity testers), and safe lock-out/tag-out procedures is essential.

Scope of work
• Trace and confirm the root cause of the failure
• Source or specify compatible replacement parts
• Carry out the repair, re-assemble, and calibrate the system
• Run functional tests under load and document the results

Deliverables
1. A short diagnostic report (fault found, parts used).
2. Photographic evidence of the repair process.
3. Final test sheet showing the machine running within its normal parameters.

Acceptance criteria
• Machine powers up consistently without tripping protection circuits.
• All control functions respond correctly for a continuous 60-minute run.
• No residual warning codes on the onboard display.
