Industrial I/O ESP32 PCB Design

I'm looking for a PCB design expert to create an ESP32-based board for industrial machine interfacing. This board should support digital I/O and USB-C.

I need you to create a board using the following components:
- ESP32-S3-WROOM-1U
- Wiznet W5100 Ethernet Chip
- LTV-847 Optoisolators
- ULN2003AD Relay Driver
- CP2102 or CP2104 USB-C to UART Bridge
- LM2596 DC-to-DC Buck Converter
- AMS1117-3.3V Linear Voltage Regulator

Using the above components, we must create a PCB with the following functioning characteristics:
- 12 Digital Inputs, 24VDC Supply Voltage
- 7 Digital Outputs, Relays, Coil Voltage 24VDC
- Must have RJ45 connector with ability to communicate over Ethernet TCP
- USB-C for programming
- Supply voltage for the board and relay could 24VDC.
- Must have a Qwic connector for addition of an I2C expansion board.

Key Requirements:
