Hiring PCB Hardware Engineer – ESP32 + Topway Display + RFID Antenna Integration -- 2
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
We have a fully working prototype of an arcade RFID payment system using ESP32, Topway HMT035ATA-1C (3.5” TFT) display, external RFID module, relay output, buzzer and LEDs. Firmware and backend are already completed. Now we need a single, production-ready PCB.
Your Task:
Design one integrated board that includes:
• ESP32 module
• Topway HMT035ATA-1C display interface
• 13.56 MHz RFID antenna coil placed around the display (customer taps on screen to detect card)
• RFID front-end IC (PN532 / CLRC663 preferred)
• Power input (5V/12V), regulators
• Relay output for pulse signal
• Buzzer + LED surround lighting
• Proper ESD protection, connectors, filtering
RFID Antenna Requirement:
Custom copper coil around the display, tuned for 13.56 MHz with L-C matching, stable read range 0–30 mm, noise isolation from display, accurate impedance matching.
Deliverables:
Schematics, PCB layout (4-layer preferred), Gerbers, BOM, antenna tuning guidance, and online support during prototype testing.
Skills Needed:
ESP32 hardware, TFT display interfacing, 13.56 MHz RFID/NFC antenna design, power design, relay circuits, EMI/ESD handling.
