Heavy Copper PCB Design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I already have the full system architecture and every component selection locked in; what I need now is a seasoned PCB designer to turn that documentation into production-ready data using KiCad. The board will carry up to 10 A, so copper weight must be 2 oz or 3 oz and all plating details must follow the requirements outlined in the “Plating_Specifications.txt” file I’ve shared.
Because I specify the manufacturers for each part, the BOM has to reflect those exact sources with no substitutions. Apart from that, the focus is purely on translating my technical brief into clean, fabrication-ready output.
Deliverables
• KiCad schematic and PCB layout files
• Optimised Gerber set for 2 oz / 3 oz copper traces
• Excellon drill files for all through-holes
• BOM and CPL that list my specified manufacturers
