I’m upgrading an older Malaysian home and need every circuit replaced, from the main switch-board right down to the last socket. The job is strictly installation work—no minor repairs or inspections—so I’m looking for someone who can handle a complete “pendawaian semula keseluruhan rumah”.

The scope covers:

• Removal of all existing cables and fixtures
• Supply and installation of new wiring, conduits, grounding, distribution board, MCBs / ELCBs
• Placement of new outlets, lighting points and switches exactly as shown on my floor plan
• Final testing, commissioning and issuance of the standard Suruhanjaya Tenaga compliance report

Everything must follow current MS IEC 60364 guidelines and TNB requirements. I’ll provide site access, drawings and a rough point schedule; you bring the tools, expertise and materials list. Please outline your proposed timeline, key milestones for first-fix and second-fix, and the warranty you offer on workmanship and parts.
