Flexible PCB Design in EasyEDA
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I need a complete EasyEDA project for a flexible PCB that will sit inside a compact consumer-electronics enclosure. The board’s sole job is power management, so the layout must be optimised for tight bends without compromising current paths, thermal relief or impedance control.
Here’s what I expect:
• EasyEDA source file (.json) with clearly named layers and nets
• Gerber and drill files ready for fabrication on a flex substrate
• Up-to-date BOM with footprint-matched components
• A brief note on bend-radius limitations and stack-up so I can pass it straight to the manufacturer
Please keep the overall outline within 50 × 25 mm, follow standard DRC for 0.1 mm trace/space, and place test pads for all regulated rails. If anything in the spec looks unclear, let’s discuss it before you route – I’d rather align early than iterate later.
