Flashing alarm circuit with wifi and cell notifications

I am looking to develop a flashing alarm circuit that has Wi-Fi, SMS and email notifications with a range of more than 500 feet. I am open to suggestions when it comes to specific requirements, but I would like the circuit to provide Wi-Fi, SMS and email notifications to alert users. I would also like the range of the Wi-Fi and cell notifications to reach more than 500 feet. With this system, I can be sure that the notifications reach the intended recipients in time.
