Fix Electrical Fault on Wood Machine

Job ID: 40404882

Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR

My production-floor woodworking machine is due for its scheduled maintenance and, at the same time, has developed an electrical fault that keeps tripping the safety relay.

During the upcoming service visit you will open and clean the control cabinet, trace the fault across the drives and wiring looms, verify all safety interlocks, swap any damaged cables or contactors, and then run a full functional test. The unit is a mid-size industrial line—closest in layout to the sawing and planing machines you may already know—so standard diagnostic tools (multimeter, insulation tester, laptop with the usual field-bus utilities) will be useful. All technical manuals and wiring diagrams are already on site, as is access to 400 V three-phase power and lifting gear for panel removal.

Deliverables:
• Root-cause report detailing the electrical issue and corrective actions
• Completed preventive-maintenance checklist stamped and dated
• Final operational run, documented with amperage and temperature readings

Once those three items are signed off, the job is complete and the machine can go back into daily furniture production.
