Electronics Engineer to refine circuitry for a video device

I am looking for an experienced electronics engineer to refine my circuitry for a video device. The primary purpose of the video device is to enhance colors to help the colorblind. It needs to incorporate analog-digital converters. The desired power source of the video device should be from an AC power source. My goal is to streamline the circuitry to reduce the number of components without compromising any of the features. Ideally, the engineer should have a background in designing and developing circuits, understand the principles of digital and analog video production, and be able to provide detailed technical documentation.
