Electronics Engineer Needed for Ultrasonic Feed Pellet Detector Design

I am seeking an experienced electronics engineer to design an ultrasonic feed pellet detector from scratch. The deliverables include a detailed circuit diagram and, if possible, a specific board layout. If the board layout cannot be provided, the circuit diagram alone will suffice as I can outsource the board design separately. The project timeline is 1-2 months, and I plan to build and test the prototype myself.
